Returns Policy
Not happy with the kit you received?
Read through the FAQ and if you can’t work out what may be the problem, drop us an email to greencareworks@gmail.com with a photo and explanation of what has happened. We’ll do our best to advise and get your kit working, but in the unlikely occurrence that there is a problem with your kit, we will happily send you a new one free of charge. We want to ensure you are perfectly happy with your order so if for any reason you are unhappy with your items, you can return them in perfect condition and in their original packaging within 30 days for a full replacement or a full refund.
We will only cover the cost of the postage if the item is damaged, faulty, or if the wrong items have been sent. We do not accept responsibility for damaged or lost parcels on return, so it is advisable to obtain a postal receipt, or send the goods back via recorded delivery.
If you wish to cancel an order you must return the goods at your cost in good/unused condition, the value of the goods will be refunded.
Please ensure you enclose the invoice or your name and address with a reason for returning.
