Around 200-250g is a normal yield for the first harvest - it will vary from pack to pack. After the first harvest you can prepare for Round Two; simply start again by watering it – you may even get a third round if you’re lucky! You can even try taking out the bag from the box for the third harvest.
You just have to peel away the opening on the box , slightly scrape the substrate, mist twice a day and After a few days you can see the Elm oyster mushrooms start to grow, keep track of them too by having them in eyes view whilst cooking dinner!
